However, sometimes I don’t feel 100% awesome about myself.

It’s important to remember that not feeling amazing doesn’t make me any less a part of the acceptance movement.

I’m not a bad person just because sometimes I focus on my flaws too much.

Tomorrow I’ll center around self love.

Body positivity is not:

comparing thin female bodies to men

or sticks

or telling them they look like they have an eating disorder

calling fat bodies “curvalicious” or sexualizing them

Telling fat bodies “you’re just worried about their health”

sexualizing anyone who doesn’t want to be

This is my house. This is my home. This is my link to the outside world. With this body, I can affect the tangible world. I can shape it. I can impact it.

This body allows me to move and see things in a new light. This body allows me to touch. This body allows me to kiss.
