I'm guessing the cosmic anvil belongs to The Wizard, judging from the lightning, fantasy themed challenges and the curse that prohibits immortals from unlocking the anvil's power.

Was not expecting to see anything Shazam related in this show, considering that the first two seasons didn't really focus on any magic related elements from the DCU.

Wonder if we'll continue to see this type of world building in the Green Lantern spin off series.

Doing a rewatch along with two friends who haven’t seen MAWS (they’ve just heard me gush about it over and over again😆) . I just finished watching this week’s episode and then I got on a call to watch the last 3 episodes of Season 1 and I was impressed to see how much character development could be seen between Seasons 1 and now. Going from the confidence of “I’m starting to like Clark too” to “I’m a weapon sent to destroy all of you”.

It was weird because at first I instinctually was getting annoyed at Clark as he kept not standing up for himself and kept being so unsure of anything and was like “haven’t we done this already” and then I realised “No, we haven’t yet!” and I had gotten used to a rather self-assured (powers situation put away for a moment although even in that respect he’s a bit better) Clark and the fact that I was annoyed at the earlier him showed how much he’d grown.

I definitely felt this with Lois too, regarding communication and her self-esteem regarding other Loises but the comparison between the Clarks was more jarring to me.
