༺ He finished the food, a small smile forming at the effort the other        put into the presentation and the quality of the simple food. If        Bakura had added a candle light and maybe a rose, it would        almost be consider storybook romantic. He was surprised the        demon god had it in him. Amethyst hues wandered over to the         ‘oh so casually brooding’ male, wondering just what went through        his head when he did random acts of kindness.                        “You did well, the breakfast was lovely.”        He stood to join Bakura where he sat, a softness in the Pharaoh        eyes that he normally only reserved for those he cared for. It seems        Bakura had somehow gained good graces with him as such.                         “You are full of surprises.”

–⦕Why was he acting like Bakura was soft and fluffy? Huh? The male would force the scowl deeper before grunting some. Yeah, yeah he was nice on Atems birthday so what. Atem had given him back his family’s items, minus the puzzle. So what anger did he have left. He was already summoned into his own body and caused death when no one was paying attention. Sure good boy or something. 

༺ He didn’t say much else, just slipped into the chair to eat the breakfast       that was presented to him. Taking the first bite, he was surprised at the       flavor. It was nice and tasty even if it was simple. He sipped the wine,       very nice… but his eyes went to the gift in the end.       Rarely he took off his Egyptian earrings but this time.. he would. With       care, he removed the earrings to put in the simple hoops. They were…       beautiful… and actually more appropriate to wear in these modern       times. He may just wear these from now on…                           “They are stunning….”

–⦕Of course they were Atem’s complexion was just the right shade to make any gold that coated his body pop. While Bakura might be a demon and a  thief, he still had an eye for style. He’d watch Atem curiously as he ate his human side peeking out as he silently wanted to know if he cooked decently. Of course it was just eggs so it wasn’t some five star meal.
