Today I celebrate all the sh!tty emotions and feelings 🤎 Recognizing 👉in the moment of anger and disappointment that I had a choice to rise up or stay down. I chose to to rise up by processing my feelings, to ground and take a nature walk. Along the way I discovered these wild rose hips. ❣ The first I've ever been able to find. I chose 3 red and 2 deadlooking ones. 5 total to represent the 4 elements and Spirit. 🌟 As I was harvesting I clearly felt I was looking at gifts of life and death, young and old. The bright colored rose hips of energy and the older, weathered skin of the crone. The wise crone. I gathered up the rose hips in my cupped hands 🤲 and slowly returned on my walk feeling the energy of the Crone Mother whispering in my soul and body Her wisdom, Her guidance. Today I took out my strapholos stencils and pens and created 2 stickers on label paper and gel penned a piece of scrap Jonelifish leather while listening to peaceful music of the goddess variety.
