Others have proposed, and I really like and accept, that Jack kind of has a thing for voices. Nice sounding voices. Atlas doesn’t use WYK a lot in game, and that’s partly because it makes sense, if he used it too much Jack and people listening in might catch on, but also because he doesn’t actually need to. Jack is just about willing to do whatever he asks regardless, and sure, that’s in part because Atlas is such a convincing persona that Jack believes his story, it’s in part because Jack’s a little too trusting at the beginning of the game (and a little bit stupid, I mean seriously who picks up a needle and injects it into themselves completely unprompted and without knowing wtf is in it), but it’s also because god damn Atlas just sounds so nice and gosh he’d do anything for that voice. Just keep talking.
