Omg this!!! I've seen sooooo many ppl try to just dip the test strip in the bag dry and then consider the test done; that won't work lol

test strips here in nz are cheap and legal but make sure to follow the instructions on the packet. there’s also services to have drugs analysed by mass spectromatry to make absolutely sure you know whats going in your body

I've volunteered doing mass spectrometry drug testing in NZ ^ with Know Your Stuff, it's really good. Even if your substances aren't what you expected (but are relatively safe to use) they can advise you on safer ways to use them eg. dosage size and timing and aftercare

one of my least favorite forms of ableism is when someone says "hey consider making this accommodation available for people with this disability" and then everyone is like yeah its worth it because it can benefit abled people too! like no its worth it solely because disabled people are people who should be able to enjoy things actually i don't fucking care if it helps abled people
