Continuing with my “Horror Movie Suggestions” i will now suggest a movie that everyone will have a good laugh

Young Frankenstein (1974)

The movie starts with  Dr. Frederick Frankenstein (played by Gene Wilder) who tries his best to avoid his grandfather’s footsteps,  Baron Beauvort von Frankenstein.

He’s in so denial of his heritage that  Frederick insists that his surname is pronounced “Fronkensteen”. After a solicitor informs him that he inherited his grandfather’s castle in Transylvania, Frederick had no choice to inherit the castle. When Frederick arrived, a mysterious man awaits him which he calls himself Igor(played by Marty Feldman) a hunchbacked, bulging-eyed servant

Frederick also meets his young  personal assistant, the very hot Inga(played by Teri Garr)

Upon arrival at the estate, Frederick meets the forbidding housekeeper Frau Blücher (played by Cloris Leachman) whose name, whenever spoken causes horses to rear up and neigh madly in fright lol

While looking at the surroundings, Frederick soon gets curious of his grandfather’s work that once thought brought shameful and being ridiculed.

Frederick is now inspired by the notes of his grandfather that he wants to finish what he started……what Frederick doesn’t realize, his humiliation has just begun.

This is a classic Comedy horror that Mel Brooks ever come up with.

All the characters are very likable and funny. From Frederick himself, to Igor

Inga also has her moments

The main antagonist(if you even call him that)  Inspector Kemp (played by Kenneth Mars)

 I think you guys all remember Mr. Mars  as the voice of King Triton from The Little Mermaid to Otto, Francis’s father in law from Malcom in the Middle. Heck even as the voice of Dr. Gunter Hunter Hanker from Freakazoid, of the episode Candlejack

Lets not forget the Creature(played by Peter Boyle)where he shown both comedy and drama of roles from the 1970 film Joe to a classic episode of The X-Files

The guy was just hilarious as the creature and you think that he was more normal than the entire cast from the movie XD

Guess who’s this guy? Can you?

Gene Hackman! He plays the Blind Hermit who gives the creature one of the worst moments of his life lol

If you don’t want to get scared this month and want to see something funny, Young Frankenstein is highly recommend. You will just laugh your ass off on what the characters do and making reference of classic Frankenstein movies.

I was sort of trying to make a promptathon related to my exams, but it didn’t really work out (and neither did my exams), but I did get this one prompt, and I tired my best with it.

But I’d also reorder it slightly.

Ambition spreads like a sickness, a plague of greed and an illness to the soul. Maybe some might call it cruel, but here among friends it’s simple cunning at work. Green and silver. Silver like the sheen of glazed eyes; green like the complexion of infection.
