This makes me wonder what makes online activism not count as real activism, because so many people use social media today that activism can be seen by so many people in such a short amount of time. If you have a platform and are speaking on it, whether physical or online, that should count as real activism. 

This quote is a reminder that despite all the shitty things happening in America right now, there is still hope, and people still look at America as a great country full of opportunity, and we want to try to keep it that way.

This makes for a reminder how many people actually don’t believe racism is still a real problem; usually the only people who think this are people who have never experienced racism and actually benefit from it. People need to stop being so self centered and think about others sometimes
