Whilst my hcs all influence my portrayal I feel like there are some hcs that I consider to be more important than others. Some I have made a post about.. some I haven't because they're just.. lowkey things.

Still, this list might help bring forth quick opportunities to get a glimpse for my michikatsu. He's unique and is distinct from how most of the fandom tends to portray him as (just yoriichis jealous older brother) if you rather interact with that interpretation of his character, you're absolutely free to do so, but also know that my portrayal is working REALLY closely with the canon manga to the point of the small details, so it in no way conflicts with canon

Most of these are not important to know/bonus material. If you're only looking for a brief five minute crash-course on my muse, this post might be more your forte :d

1) Michikatsu is a HSP (a highly sensitive person) -> there is this belief that hsp = autism, but whilst plenty of people with autism have hsp traits, not all people with hsp traits showcase traits that autistic people typically have, anyways I really am not the biggest expert when it comes to this so I won't pretend to even get involved. This is just how I interprete michikatsu (he got a nose bleed out of anger.. at the age of 7... he has extreme physical reactions to yoriichi, he registers the way time ebbs and flows ... yeah.)

2) Michikatsu was emotionally neglected by yoriichi. Michikatsus feelings towards yoriichi are complex but a lot of his resentment stems from yoriichi always being out of reach no matter how hard michikatsu tried to connect.
