I don't eat out very much.
I hate going to restaurants, ordering something that sounds amazing, then discovering that it falls short.
I'm always left thinking, "Gosh, I could've made that better at home." And my husband usually agrees.
When I started @seattlesuttons healthy eating, I expected to have the same reaction. I assumed the meals would okay but not amazing, especially since they are branded as "healthy". You know what I mean, right? So often, healthy meals = tasteless meals.
I couldn't have been more wrong.
First off, the meals are never frozen. They're prepared fresh (by culinary experts whose skills > mine, I admit) and have flavor profiles that make my taste buds go WHOA.
Scroll up and look at this meal. I mean LOOK AT IT! Peppercorn Salmon with an Apple Cider Reduction Sauce atop Apricot and Squash Bulgar Pilaf, accompanied by Tricolor Cauliflower (which I have dubbed "Magical Unicorn Cauliflower”).
This is a dinner I'd expect on a cruise ship, not as part of a healthy eating meal plan. And the thing is, this isn't a happy accident in a world of healthy meals. This is what ALL the meals are like!
And the fact that these delicious meals are ready in literal minutes makes them even more amazing. It's like my personal chef is doing all the hard work for me and tucking it into my fridge for later.
It's the stuff of magical unicorn fairy tales for sure! Just call me princess and avert your eyes as I devour my yummy Seattle Sutton's salmon.
