I’d say our constant amnesia and the fact we get dissociatively sleepy when we switch somtimes. What do you mean I have to nap 5+ hours just bc somebody switched out a little too fast 😭
And it’s not like oh I’m a little sleepy. It’s I need to sleep now and everything can wait.
Hey, question to systems who have alters with different beliefs - how do you manage several religions? Can you share experiences? Give out tips? Thank you!
We usually just don’t talk about religion in the headspace much as it triggers some alters who are against it and those who are for it. We have our alters create spaces they want though. Weather that be wearing a cross neckless or a staff of csadues neckless. They do talk about religion outside of the headspace tho. Which can get confusing but we personally find it helpful. We also help out alters create things they like. Whether that be a alatar for the god they warship. We are a very religious system that consists of very very clashing beliefs. We have Cristian’s, anti Christian’s, Hellenism, omnism, pagan and theistic saitnism. :3

We're wondering if most of persecutors and perpetrators are actually:
demons or devils
vampires
ghosts
witches
dragons
canine like wolves, foxes, dogs
similar paranormal or mythical creatures you can add to the list if you want that are usually considered in media as dangerous and such
Care to share? It's a non judgmental question! We wonder if there's some connection between systems in this matter for educational purposes.
Surprisingly only a few of our persecutors are non human. Most of them are human. Which I think is beacuse we have a negative outlook and perception of society. Coming from a system which consists of 90% nonhumans
I'm curious about something. A lot of people say that their hosts can't access their inner world.
Personally, I can have access to our inner world, but trying to remember what I do there is like trying to remember a dream, if that makes sense? It's fuzzy and I can only remember bits and pieces of what happens there.
So what is it like to other people? Especially to those who don't have access to their headspace. Is it like sleeping?

Heh well for us our main host couldn’t access the inner world for a long while after he found out. It’s also very odd for us. We call when we don’t see alters in the inner world sleeping bc they aren’t dormant as we can still feel their presence. But our host had a room he went to in the inner world that he was kinda banished to. So any memories he had of not fronting would be of that room. it’s really odd but somtimes he still goes back to that room he’s not host anymore but we usually don’t see him in the inner world much anyways.
The room we have for him is a room that’s completely black and filled to the brim with water. So when he’s not in front all he remembers is everything being fuzzy bc he’s kinda underwater in the room. It’s really weird. And sometimes he’s just not in the room at all. So I’d say yes it is kinda like sleeping. Your missing time and somtimes it’s like no time has passed at all. And somtimes it feels like your memory of that time is just black.

Polyfragmented just means having lots of fragments as opposed to fully developed parts. It’s more like having lots of different outlines for parts that were never coloured in than having parts that have a full sense of self.
Fragments can be hard to differentiate between for this exact reason. They are very one dimensional and just exist to hold one specific emotion or do one specific task.
I don’t know a lot about polyfragmented systems, so I’m just going off what others have generally said so feel free to comment/reblog with corrected or further information.
Um yes, also as a system who has over 100+ fully developed alters. Ngl it kinda does make living life impossible, and even now we struggle to function??? So yes it is possible.?!! Also Poly fragmented. Is Fragmented.. with many fragments & shards.. half of them can be dormant or some stuff.. gosh..

It really frustrates me when singlets (or even other systems) degrade systems for "making it their personality" like. Hi. So DID affects literally every aspect of my life. It is a fundamental piece of me. It isn't something I can just turn off to be socially acceptable.
I think that yall just don't want disabled people to exist. And in the case of other systems, you have some internalized ableism you really need to unpack.
