Being 20+ is basically a constant question of “am I doing enough” and the answer always being a solid ‘no’

All I do is sit in front of screens, have my silly little coffee and zone out of life

Forgiving people in silence and never speaking to them again is a form of self care.

this is unbelievable I have to do everything myself

leave a toxic relationship and fall back in love with yourself

you can feel stressed and still do amazingly in your exams. you can be sad and still work on bettering yourself. you can be scared and still face your fears. you can be shy and still make friends. having strong emotions doesn’t mean your future is hopeless. you’re not as weak and helpless as you feel.
