Partnership with Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI)
Conduct professional investigations and authorized intelligence collection to identify and counter the threat posed by domestic and international terrorists and their supporters within the United States, and to pursue extraterritorial criminal investigations to bring the perpetrators of terrorist acts to justice. In furtherance of this function, the FBI designs, develops, and implements counterterrorism initiatives which enhance the FBI’s ability to minimize the terrorist threat.

Combat transnational and national criminal organizations and enterprises;
Combat major white-collar crime;

Support federal, state, county, municipal, and international partners;
Upgrade technology to successfully perform the FBI's mission

The Military base is stationed on an uncharted island and the base, much like Ve Solis Resaelia, changes its position every other week within the oceans to remain undetected. The structure contains both docking for war ships and fighter planes alike. There are six outer portions that are designed completely for the sake of the livelihood for the employed, each consisting of a small city-like base so they never have to return to their continent and can continue to work at the military base. At the center of the base is where the main structure remains. All structures are fortified but the main structure has automated cameras, sensors, and more. All those who are certified to enter have voice and facial recognition on the machinery, any trespassers will be decimated on spot. Most of it is underwater and 98 floors deep and 6 floors high, totaling 104 floors.
The Main Structure Consists:
Ground Fl - Entrance and Lobby, appears like a fanciful hotel with grand spiral stairs.
Outer Ring - Contains planes and boats in repair. Engineering.
1st Fl - Reflects hotel suites, entertainment and luxury.
2nd-5th Fl - Intelligence branch. Mapping, scout technology, and plans.
6th Fl - █████████ radar and shield that encompasses the island.
The floors BENEATH the water is where the FCP harbors its real secrets.
The office can be found on the -3rd Fl. Completely submerged beneath the water and a level under, Luxium spends most of his time here at the center of all the action. He does a lot of decision making, filing and signing papers, and almost has a revolving door of generals coming in to report. He always has his two guards posted at the entrance and he’s almost always found at this executive desk. The place has dark wood floors, a pool table and bar with drinks, the other side of the room has bookshelves and a round table to sit at. Behind his executive desk is an elegant fireplace with cases on either side of it filled to the brim with extraordinary, expensive war guns. His guests have a leather couch to sit upon with a long table that has rocks in the center of it that can light on fire with the flick of a remote. If his guests weren’t already impressed, a balcony is available closes to the bar stand and it’s a fully glass enclosure for one to be able to peer into the ocean life. Three chandeliers decorate the office space, one over the bar, another before his desk, and the last one tucked by the bookshelves on the other side of the room. Plentiful, old fashioned lamps are placed upon each surface and romanticism art pieces. Lastly, there is an accessible restroom with marble floors and two majestic sinks. Deeper into the bathroom, behind double doors is a walk-in shower and jacuzzi. There is no doubt that it was made due to the sheer amount of work Luxium put in.
As one gets deeper within the structure, the darker the floors become. Laboratories come floor after floor and where is most of the █████████ remain. The first laboratory floors are full of research on a molecular level. Most will not see any large █████████ here. However, as one travels deeper, the cases and tubes in which ███████████ are kept.
This is known as the Training Room, there are several levels of these ranging around the -50 floors. Walking into this space feels void, the absence of anything but the clear white that stretches what seems like forever. The white lights illuminate the place and reveal the dips and valleys within the ceiling. This place is extremely fortified for anything from gunshots, bombing, to all █████████ █████████. The walls are structured to nullify the worst of elements, allowing a perfect space to train openly in or redesign it as necessary.
Around the level 70s there are confinement rooms. There are confinements for all sorts of reasons and the differing levels have different objectives. For the first floors, confinement is utilized to extract the █████████ █████████. These methods can be gruesome and grotesque at best, medieval and utilize futuristic techniques not known to man; for example the FCP have █████████ that DO █████████ █████████ █████████ . Beneath these floors are levels that consist of ███ █████████ who are █████████. They receive direct █████████ not for the purpose of █████████ but simply to ████████ █████████ █████████ . Underneath these floors would be █████████, █████████ █████████ █████████ █████████ █████████ █████████ .
