do you think torch ever had to mercy kill a clancy? was there one that writhed and spat and hissed and suffered beyond belief. more so than usual. did he ever take a clancy out to the fields on a bright summers day under the guise of getting away from it all? did he look in this clancy’s eyes and see nothing but an inevitable death in the most gruesome way possible at the hands of the bishops? did he take it upon himself in that moment to hand this clancy a palmful of berries, telling him that they’re at their best this time of year, and watch as he foamed at the mouth and passed on surrounded by tweeting birds and buzzing bees? was it the kindest way out that this clancy could be given?
