It looks like a typical 3-card spread, it has the same meanings as a typical 3-card spread … you just read them all at once! I find the meanings in the most common 3-carders can really enhance each other, if you work with them together. It gives more oomph to the daily draw!

Card 1: When you think about how your body feels and reacts to your surroundings, you’ll notice that often, your physical reaction is actually an unconcious habit established by an event in your past.
