But mane killing her "because I betrayed his trust" still feels like a wild sentence for her to say especially since it was the most tenuous trusts ever - literally spying together and them him just *asking* her to get zam and bacon killed. How does she not see she was in the right for protecting her teammate and that it was not at all a betrayal of mane's trust, he's the enemy! He was planning on killing her teammate!

But she also doesn't count it as a time mane has killed her anymore. Like she 0% holds it against him.

It's almost like unless someone is actively hunting her down they are neutral, and if they're neutral, one singular positive interaction makes them basically allies and going against them is a betrayal of trust...

It's just so weird. I guess it's part of how she views manipulation, like if you can get a foot in the door that person will trust you and if they trust you you can use that to either betray or keep yourself safe. So one positive interaction is really very important to her. And from her experience manipulating to hold actions against the target won't help your positioning in manipulation.

And as we know she keeps any deeper thoughts hidden from chat so it's unclear as to wether she is planning on pulling a blackmail on mane or just hoping to be chill with him in general.

She has once said, and this has rattled around my head since she said it, 10/11/24 KAB: "[mane] doesn't care about the lore shit at all, which is the issue, so i can't blackmail him"

But it will be interesting who betrays whom first. Because it also completely feels like mane is doing this to cook kab. that phase 2 is just manepear gets all his enemies to trust him. or he's just being manepear and being silly. or he's intrigued by this new bunny who no longer runs.

who knows, he's only said weird cryptic quotes. though I can't help wonder if the "if you give a man a fish for one day he eats for a day, if you feed a man two fish he eats for two days, [..] when the betrayer becomes the helper, he eats two fish" was that he is stealing the two fish by being the helper.
