💪🏽Extreme Dedication! 💪🏽That’s what runs through my mind when I am about to explain to anyone how to reach a certain goal. Yes, there are steps, tips and instructions on how to do things but really, even with all that; if you are not DEDICATED you will not reach your goals. When they ask “how do you make it a habit to eat clean” WITH EXTREME DEDICATION” ! Or even when I hear how are you always so motivated? It’s because I have EXTREME DEDICATION! Once I figured out that the more dedicated I became to my goals the faster I would achieve them; I became non stop ! in all aspects of life. Not just fitness. I could definitely give you some tips and even some encouragement to help you, but what I would really love to share is my dedication ! But that is within YOU to do. So here is my advice, become dedicated, get obsessed and stay focused ! You will achieve it if you believe it! 🙌🏼💪🏽 __________________________________ 😊 Here are some tips for some sexy legs⤵️ 1️⃣ Workout your legs more then once a week. Not everyday, but maybe 2-3x a week. Dedicate your entire workout to your legs. Eat a good meal after and don’t forget to sleep. Let your legs recover! 2️⃣ incorporate single leg, stiff leg, deadlifts (man that’s a lot to say out loud haha) using resistant bands is the best. Once you are warmed up add some weight to your arms and get that booty pump! 🙌🏼🍑 3️⃣ Stretch & Foam Roll. I can’t stress enough how important this has been for my and my journey lately. Thanks to @iamnewagetakeover who always encourages me to stretch & foam roll, I have noticed a huge difference in my flexibility and mobility. My form is much better in all my workouts and I FINALLY HAVE LESS KNEE PAIN! Omg ! Yasss! Happy STRESS FREE SUNDAY!Yesterday’s bleacher training was a great turn out! Thank you all who showed up ! It was such a great way to start your beautiful weekend ! You don’t want to miss it! __________________________________On another note, 📝I’ve had a personal debate with this picture for some days now because I am only reminded of where I’m struggling. But it’s coming to accept the fact I’m not always going to look the leanest. With accepting that, comes strength and the courage to admit when not looking my best. The disappointment will never stop me from continuing to push forward, to try new tactics, ask for advice and WORK MY ASS OFF ! Fitness isn’t ONLY about looking your best it’s more about internally doing what’s right. _________________________________ We all struggle with things we wish to change but have difficulty fixing; even with all the advice, knowledge, and encouragement. But let’s remember it’s doesn’t stay this way forever. Understanding what is wrong, why it’s wrong and finding solutions after solutions is part of life and a “Fitness Journey”. __________________________________ Remember we all have issues and we all have struggles. Even those who you may think are “perfect” all the time have there seasons of struggle, rebuilding and redirecting themselves.
