When we write Eliot playing the cons, he tends to — and this is a lot of Christian’s acting choice — he tends to play the character very power negative. It’s a subtle thing but he’s actually the second best. Eliot is the second best after Sophie on the cons. Parker was trained, as we find out this season, by Richard Chamberlain, by an old school 1960’s thief. She needs pages, she needs paper, she needs to feel stuff. While Nate is able to- you know, something that happens a little later in the season, we talk about memory techniques. Nate has trained himself to recreate three dimensional images in his head.
