First UK print inspection! A re-print from 1999. So fun seeing the rating card come before the first image, what a gorgeous print, hardly had any damage at all :)

weird little bit of emulsion damage on a single frame, wonder how that happened, what a fun watch!

The Mission (1999)

Shot these from the booth, this movie is fantastic and scary in the cosmic way. Another notable quote, "I refuse to acknowledge death!!"

The song at the end of this one, always makes me cry. This was the second Sad Girl Cinema feature on 35mm, and probably my favorite because a few people brought their kids! :) Print ran fine despite the last reel being pretty beat up, glad it survived for more shows to come!

It was so badass looking at the transformation scene frame by frame!

probably one of my favorite films played of 2024. Absolutely beautiful. Fantastic acting all around.

Noteworthy- this film had uncut heads on some of the reels! We love to see that :)
