Day 2 taking adhd medication and it definitely feels calmer than the first time. My brain is very quiet, i feel much calmer and i actually have the energy to get up and do stuff ive been avoiding doing this weekened.

Hey I just started taking adhd medication, but I feel very anxious and energized as if I drank caffeine. Im a lot better at focusing and my brain is much quieter, I could through an entire lecture without losing focus. But Im also very restless and Ive seen people with adhd saying it makes them feel calm. Is this normal or is it a sign that maybe I dont have adhd?? Im so scared
