Thoughts on Anything and Everything

My fight with mental illness is one that is very apparent. It’s not easy, and some days are very difficult, to the point where I have gotten very close to attempting suicide multiple times.

But I want everyone who reads this to know that the more you fight back, the better off you will be in the future. I know that everyone has their lows. I may have more lows than most but it gives me the opportunity to spread awareness that is vital to some one else’s life.

Yes, I have hurt myself, yes, I have suicidal thoughts quite often, yes, I have been diagnosed with depression and anxiety, but I’m not going to sit back and let life pass me by.

For me, everyday is a fight and if I don’t fight one day, I will lose my life.

This post is a promise to myself and everyone who reads it that I will not give up my fight. Ever.
