A tall, kinda nerdy guy ended up arresting Sam. He wasn’t very pleased about that. He struggled underneath him, but one of his FBI buddies came and helped him out. He was tall, dark, and muscular. Dean was on the ground beside him. Dean gave Sam a look, that Sam figured meant let me do the talking, don’t say anything. The dark guy got Sam up and locked him in the back of a dark SUV. He watched Dean get put into another SUV. The nerdy guy sat next to Sam in the back, the dark guy hopped into the driver’s seat, and a pretty blonde girl sat in the passenger seat.

“You’re making a mistake.” Sam mumbled staring at his feet, as the SUV began moving down the road. Sam figured Dean would be pissed about the FBI taking the impala.

“What did you say?” The nerdy guy asked.

“Spence.” The blonde warned. He shrugged her off and looked at Sam.

“I said you’re making a mistake.”

“And why is that?” Spencer asked.

“Because more people are going to die, if you don’t let us go.” Sam said, just realizing how threatening that sounded.

“I don’t think that’s going to happen, Sam.” Spencer said. Sam slowly pulled a paperclip out of his back pocket, and started picking the locks on his handcuffs.

“Okay, Spence.” Sam said a little mockingly. He could see why people thought they were serial killers. “I’m really sorry about this.” Sam said as he freed his hands from the cuffs and punched Spencer in the face. The SUV slowed down a Sam jumped out of the SUV, rolling on impact. He ran towards the ditch.

“Freeze.” The blonde girl shouted at him. He heard the click of the gun but kept running at least until he got shot. Sam fell forward and rolled over onto his back. His leg was bleeding and the blonde chick was approaching him, with her gun still pointed at him. He raised in hands in surrender. “Don’t move.” She said. Raising her wrist to her mouth and calling in an ambulance. She lowered the gun a crouched down beside Sam. The blonde grabbed her handcuffs and handcuffed his hands together in front of him.

“JJ, you okay?” The dark guy called from the SUV.

“Yeah, I’m fine Morgan. How’s Reid?” JJ called back.

“Well he’s awake again.” Morgan said. Sam felt bad, he didn’t quite mean to hit him the hard. The ambulance pulled up a few minutes later, they put Sam on a stretcher and into the back of the ambulance. Sam saw one of the paramedics with Spencer, he could see how bruised the left side of his face was. JJ hopped into the ambulance with Sam, and they drove off to the hospital.

Dean sat in an interrogation room handcuffed to a metal table. He shook his hands a few times pulling on the handcuffs. Dean looked around the room, he was bored. But he figured that agents were watching him through the one way glass. Finally an agent came into the room.

“Hello, I’m Dr. Spencer Reid.” He said, he had a black eye, that Dean was pretty sure wasn’t there the last time he saw him, when he was arresting Sam.

“What happened to your face?”

“Your brother.” He said sitting down in the other chair across from Dean. He placed a file on the table in front of him.

“Speaking of my brother where is he?” Dean asked.

“He’s in the hospital right now.”

“What? The hospital. Why?” Dean asked.

“I will tell you, if you answer a few of my questions first.” Dr. Reid said. Dean groaned.

“Fine. What do you want to know?”

Spencer smirked and opened the file. He placed some photos of dead girls in front of him, they had puncture marks in their necks where a vampire had bitten them.

“I didn’t kill those girls.” Dean said.

“It’s not just the girls, Dean.” Spencer said. “It’s the credit card frauds, and the grave desecrations, and your father. We know everything, we just need a confession and maybe we can cut you and your brother a deal.

“We didn’t kill those girls, sure we did the credit card fraud, but where else are we supposed to get money, and also you don’t know shit about my father. Now why is my brother in the hospital? And why did he punch you in the face?” Spencer stood up.

“It seems we have nothing further to talk about.” Spencer said walking out of the room. Dean looked down at the pictures on the table, he knew there would be more girls soon if he didn’t get out. Dean stared at the door, he wanted to scream. But he knew that, that wouldn’t get him anywhere. Dean tapped his fingers against the table, and avoided looking at the pictures, he’d seen enough death, and didn’t feel like staring at it longer then he needed to. Eventually after what seemed like an eternity an older man came into the room.

“Here, let me get these out of the way for you. I’m agent Rossi.” The man said picking up the pictures and tucking them back into the file. Dean stared at the older man, he figured not talking was probably the best way to go.

“Dean.” Agent Rossi began. “Your brother’s out of surgery. I would be willing to take you to see him if you want.” Dean perked up.

“Seriously?” Dean asked.

“Yes, I just need you to answer a few questions for me.” Dean glared at him. “I know that’s what Spencer told you, and he didn’t tell you anything, but he was just mad. I sent him home for the night. I can tell you what happened.” Rossi said looking to see if Dean was paying attention to him. Dean nodded his head, going back to not talking anymore. “Okay, your bother picked his handcuffs, punch Dr. Reid, then jump out of the vehicle; he tried to make a run for it but another agent shot him in the leg. The bullet lodge in his bone, that’s why they had to take him for surgery.” Agent Rossi explained.

“Okay.” Dean said quietly nodding his head. Something about this guy reminded him of his father and it weirded him out.

“Good, so tell my why you are in Washington?” Rossi asked. Dean wanted to make some smart ass comment but he knew that wasn’t going to get him anywhere.

“We were hunting.” Dean said.

“What were you hunting?” Dean hesitated.

“Vampires.” He finally said, at least he could plead crazy.

“Did the vampires kill the girls?”

“Yeah, if you look at the pictures, the puncture marks on their necks are from the vampires; you’ll also probably find in the report that all of their blood, or nearly all their blood was drained from their bodies.” Dean tried explaining. Rossi considered his answer for a moment.

“Ho-“Rossi started before being interrupted by Dean.

“I’ve answered your questions now take me to Sam.” Dean demanded. Before Rossi could reply a pretty blonde girl came into the room and whispered something in Rossi’s ear.

“Are you sure?” Dean could hear him whisper back. The blonde nodded her head.

“I want to see my brother.” Dean interrupted.
