Baby, I'm Howlin' For You

“NOT DISCUSSED!”

“Shut up,” Finn snapped, glaring up at Sal as he got closer, his gut twisting and burning with more and more hatred for him as he just kept going on and on about his sloppiness. The brunet yelped as he was forced up to his feet, crying out when he ended up putting weight on his shot knee. Pained tears pricked at the corners of his eyes and no matter what he did with his knee, he was in pain; bending it to keep his foot off the ground with no pressure on it hurt, standing on it hurt, walking on it was going to be a bitch no matter what. Fuck, if only had two good legs, he’d be spin kicking Sal right in the face. 

“It’s only knee, yeah,” the vigilante snarled, shooting Sal a sharp glare. “You’re the one who pulled the damn trigger, not me.” 

Sal rolled his eyes as Finn yelped once he was on his feet, knowing it would hurt but not finding it in himself to care all that much.  At one point, he might have, but with everything that Finn had pulled on him, Sal was hardly going to baby him.  He simply slid an arm around the younger man’s back to haul him more to his feet and then began to practically drag him out the door.

“And you were the one who decided running was the smart decision, when you knew you couldn’t get anywhere and that I’d shoot you.  You deserved it and you know it.”

“You are my adorable dog and I love you dearly,” Asher hummed with a wicked grin. His gaze flickered over his boyfriend’s features, drinking them in from his sharp jawline to his gorgeous dark eyes before Rhys was whining so beautifully. “Mm, you can have all of them because now I need to prove to you that jet lag is no match for me,” he chuckled, tilting his head to give the other male better access to his jaw. The blond’s hands rested on Rhys’ hips, already guiding him back towards the stairs. “First, we’ll start in the bedroom, because I’ve missed my bed,” he decided, pressing his lips against the other’s for another firm kiss. “And then we’ll do it in the shower,” he murmured, leading him up the stairs as he continued kissing him until he finally figured out on the third step this was dangerous. Asher broke the kiss with a frustrated little noise and just took his boyfriend’s hand, tugging him up towards the bedroom. “Fuckin’ stairs. Always getting in the way.” 

“You’re such a dumbass.”  Rhys grumbled, rolling his eyes even though he couldn’t keep back a smile, fingers tangling more in his boyfriend’s shirt.  He raised an eyebrow, allowing the blond to back him up toward the stairs and carefully set his foot on the first step.  “I dunno, Asher.  I bet you’re going to end up passing out after just the second round.”  Really, Rhys was just teasing, but there was the slightest hint of a playful challenge to his voice.  He reached out with his free hand to tug Asher back into another kiss before quickly starting up the stairs.  “C’mon, slowpoke, it’s been freaking forever.”
