I'm busy recently so I don't have time to record more videos,

But the equipment is real, for sure. Just some of them are from my workplace only.

I really love the videos showing mechanical chest compressions, and I can't wait for the next one! 😊 How long does the mechanical chest compression last once it begins? Also, how is respiratory support managed?

The duration fully depends on how long i wanna play or any scenario I can think of.

I'm using an ambu bag with oxygen support most of the time. But honestly, during that brutal thrust, not much oxygen or air you can get.

Hello, I hope you're well. How long dose it take to set up your lucas Machine 🤔

Setting up with Lucas machine on me is pretty fast.

Once I placed the backboard on the ground,

Then I'm lying on it and adjusting its position.

Once the position fits, then I can place the lucas machine up on my chest, which initially clamps one side on the backboard and locks the other side.

I would say the longest time i used is confirming the suction location since the tiny adjustment of the piston can make a hugh difference in pain and tolerance.

Nice to meet you. I am Japanese. The video of a machine performing chest compressions is truly amazing. In that video, is the machine actually performing CPR on you? Did you have an intubation tube inserted and a ventilator attached?

2. Nope, im not connecting the intubation tube to the ventilator,

It was inserted, but I was using an ambu bag at that time.

Have you ever done a Lucas CPR video with continuous compressions instead of the 30:2 setting?

I have done it in both settings,

But 30:2 is more preferable since it can have a little break for me to take a small breath from its brutal thrust.

Do you also enjoy playing naked (alone with no video?

Yes for sure!! Then I can thrust by Lucas and rub myself at the same time.

Strip them to assess for injuries or level them covered for their modesty

In working, strip them down to the leg of course.

But some modesty is essential.

Your LUCAS video is incredible! Thank you for sharing it. I've noticed in some of OPandER's films using the LUCAS that when activated, the first thump seems to be a brutal one and caves the chest much deeper than the rest. Do you find the same when you're under your device?

i noted that.

The Lucas that OpandER is using is Lucas 1, which is the pneumatic version, and they can't adjust and lock the depth and starting location properly, which may cause serious injury.

For Lucas 2 and 3 (I'm using Lucas 3 instead), it becomes an electronically designed piston that operates with smoother action. The first few pumps will be at a lower depth for testing chest impedance and tolerance, and full depth will be achieved after a few thrusts.

How was the feeling of the LUCAS device compressing your chest? Did it compress your chest much or there was an option to reduce the depth of the compression?

nope, there are no reduce/depth-option in Lucas yet, I want to find out but….yeah there’s no way to do this.

the feeling….just mechanical, deep thrust, nausea, suffocating….as I mention on it.

someone may ask if I can feel the lifting from suction cup, um….maybe it’s too overwhelming at that moment so….i don’t feel the active lifting much😂
