ā š°š”ššāš¬ šš”š¢š¬ š©š¢ššš?! āĀ anakin could be heard yelling from the dark corner he was hiding in, with rex standing watch ā as he got out of his jedi robes and dressed instead, in that of clone armor.Ā Ā ā wait, i think i figured it out!Ā āĀ he called out seconds after his first yell, clicking the last piece into place and adjusting the armor to his body. he kicked his lightsaber hilt underneath his discarded robes to keep it hidden ; replacing his weapon with that of a blaster, which he clicked onto his belt. eventually, he stepped out from the shadows, with such heavy foot stepsĀ ā clone armor was much heavier than he originally thought ; he wondered how any of them were able to move with this stuff on? he rolled his shoulders, as he tried to grow more comfortable and pulled at other parts, to try and get them to sit right against his frame.Ā Ā ā this is a terrible idea ā¦Ā āĀ he complained, though he still let rex reach forward and fix the armor. he rolled his eyes, then let out a hefty sigh.Ā Ā ā aye, aye, captain.Ā āĀ he gave a foolish attempt at a salute, his voice showing no hint of any enthusiasm.Ā
he took the helmet from his captain and turned it in his hands, so that the back of it was facing him. making it easier for when he goes to put it on. the jedi takes a final deep breath, not knowing how long he was going to have to walk around in this uncomfortable armor with a helmet upon his head.Ā ā this better work, rex. āĀ he warned his second-in-command, before he lowered his head and and slide the helmet onto his head. he lifted his head, so that rex could take in the look fully ā what the captain couldnāt see, was the look of discomfort and annoyance that had stretched over anakinās features. but from the outside, he just looked uncomfortable ā¦ and couldnāt stop touching and pulling at the armor.Ā ā i canāt see with this thing on my head! how are we going to find this guy, if i canāt even see?! āĀ he tapped on the visor, that provided him only limited visibility. rookie, he was not going to get used to that. but he nodded his head and gave another roll of his eyes from behind his helmet, then he cleared his throat ā preparing to put on his best impression of the clones he knew so well.Ā ā yes, sir. āĀ but his footsteps were still heavy, even when he moved to approach his captain and from under his breath, in his own voice, anakin is heard whispering.Ā Ā ā iāve got a bad feeling about this ā¦Ā ā
