My family is like thousands of others: no electricity, no clean water, and no adequate medicine.

My mother needs a new heart device. My father survived a stroke and needs urgent treatment. My brother is injured. I’m fighting illness again.

She is suffering in silence, growing weaker with every passing day. Malnutrition and the lack of medication are draining her strength, and now she urgently needs a life-saving surgery — her last hope — while I stand helpless, watching her fade.

All I ask for is to see my mother alive, to see her healthy again. Please help us provide the medicine and the surgery she desperately needs, before it’s too late.

I am writing these words with tears streaming down my face. I can no longer bear this pain. My wife is suffering from a severe deficiency in vitamins, especially vitamin D, and she urgently needs surgery to save her life. I’m Inge Kassab, a 22-year-old dental student from Al-Azhar University in Gaza. My university was completely destroyed in the war, and I lost all my dental tools and the chance to continue my clinical training.
