its like a magic liquid that keeps you alive. AND its bold red like the most cuntservy color possible and a little blood on the outside of your body and everyone’s attention is on you. It commands the room. AND it tastes good

When you think about MCR you don't really think "fashion icons" but like. Name any other band who designed their own stage costumes that you can still buy at any alt store 10+ years later. 20 years after MCR wore them on stage bulletproof vests are a staple of streetwear fashion. Danger Days and Black Parade were both designed by Colleen Atwood, Hesitant Alien was directly inspired by late 70s no-wave, and that isn't even touching on the outfits designed with Marina. I'm not saying they were the originators of all of these trends, but I do think they deserve more credit for the amount of aesthetic consideration they have.

any1 else think vampires might be pretty cool interesting even. maybe im just a twisted FREAK but i have noticed vampires might be pretty cool and interesting does anyone share this feeling (that vampires are interesting, cool etc.)

man mcr recording bullets was really like. hello we are my chemical romance from new jersey :) our drummer can't play and does NOT want to improve. here is our guitarist who is the best thing to happen to music in the last 20 years and his little helper. he has rabies. he is also very very talented but we recruited him like a week before finishing this album so I guess we'll wait and see. our bassist has never picked up a bass in his life. this is our singer. yeah he just looks like that. it's because he never comes out of his basement but he is also plagued by visions from god. he has never taken anything close to vocal lessons but he also possesses the voice of an angel who went to hell but got lost and landed in new jersey (1000x worse). he has every dental problem ever but if you punch him in the face he can forget about it and give you the best performance on this record. geoff rickly please produce our album :(

i’m a bit bummed and how little recognition NOPE has received this awards season i will say it

jordan peele made a movie that said this industry and the media surrounding it chews people up to a pulp and spits them out and then wonders why they’re dead or crazy and then has the audacity to make content from their deaths and their insanity and the only way you can survive is if you keep your head down because if you just so happen to slip up if you look up look around when you know you shouldn’t the industry the media everything is going to eat you alive and I totally believe that the powers that be who do the chewing and the spitting and the exploitative death content did not like that at all
