𓏲 ๋࣭  ࣪ ˖ using body lotion with a scent that makes you feel expensive take your time with it it’s not just skincare, it’s a ritual

𓏲 ๋࣭  ࣪ ˖ wearing matching pajamas or just an oversized shirt that feels clean and cozy makes a difference

𓏲 ๋࣭  ࣪ ˖ eating your food on a real plate yes even snacks even if you’re in bed especially if you’re in bed
