To be completely dead honest here. For the last month, essentially all of January, I’ve been really badly suicidal. Or at least from the beginning of it cus of health problems. But those cleared up quickly. But the thing that kept me stuck at such a low was cus I was scared I could never make it. No one would ever know my name. I could never make it big, and looking around me didnt help. Looking around me let me see how many failed. It felt impossible to win. But now I know it is. It is possible to win. To be seen by millions, loved and enjoyed. To get so big even Hollywood is afraid. Does he know how much iron lung means to people? Even for the ones who don’t like horror, how much him making it, making it possible, means to others watching. Does he know how hard it is not to cry when you see any edit talking about it. Because it makes me so incredibly emotional.

I wish iron lung would show again. So my friend who got sick and had to miss it could watch. So my partner who wasn’t fully convinced about the plot at the time could now watch. So many I’ve talked to who have regret not watching. I wish I could go and watch it for the first time, over and over and over again. And I’m not even gonna talk about how the story itself of iron lung makes me emotional but. I wish it could show again, cus it only showed once in my country. I wish it could show all year round which yeah I know that’s silly to say but.. still! I wish that was possible. Because that film, watching mark, a no one, become someone, watching that film grow to such an important thing… it gave me hope. And I think it did that to a lot of people who were afraid they could never make it. And I hope he knows that
