So Colossalcon was this past weekend and boy was it a rollercoaster of emotions and events. I had a lot of fun with friends and the con itself, but sadly personal issues made its way into my weekend ruining a good chunk of my experience. Luckily I have amazing friends who were really there for me this weekend and took care of me. I am extremely grateful to have them as friends and can't imagine the state I may be in if they weren't there. 💕 I can't wait for next year's Colossalcon and hopefully it will end up being much happier and more fun than how this year went. When I'm making my cosplays I love to put on a really good Pandora station, cosplay music videos, or the anime/video game play through/movie that I'm cosplaying from. Music really helps me get into a flow and keep working. Now the videos inspire me, but usually cause me to sit down, watch them and get distracted 😂

Went to Zipcon Saturday! This was my second time attending the con and this year was so much better than last year! I had so much fun even though I had to leave early and miss the cosplay contest. Congratulations to all my friends who won their divisions in the contest and I can’t wait to go again next year! Also a big thanks to my YouTube subscribers that came up to me and said hi! I love you guys!!!

Went to my 3rd Teen MiniCon as a little sister from Bioshock 2 this year. Got to hang out with some new and old friends and got second place in the cosplay contest! This is a small one day free con in the Medina Library in Medina, Ohio. It’s no Colossalcon or Matsuricon, but they have really stepped up their game over the years and I can’t wait to go next year. Well my Cosplanner app is filled with planned cosplays, but there are a couple I am 100% sure I will be doing. I know I will be doing Homura from Madoka Magica, a little sister from Bioshock, Lara Croft (winter version) from Rise of the Tomb Raider, and Garth from Wayne’s World. I have a few more but those are either like only 98% for sure to happen or they’re just a secret. :3

HAPPY HALLOWEEN KIDDOS! So this Halloween, I was invited very last minute to a party and I figured what the heck. Only problem was, I had no idea what to wear. So I decided to whip out my old Handsome Jack closet costume from last year and roll with it. Now it's nothing close to perfect but for some last minute Goodwill purchases and sloppy cell shading, I actually really like this costume and always have tons of fun in it. Hey everyone it's Lisa, This is a really important so please take the time to read it. Recently with copyright changes on YouTube, many of my videos have been blocked or taken down. Copyright claims and issues are really important to me and I want to take care of them quickly and seriously. I have been leaning towards this decision for a while and I think with all of this going on, it is time. I will be keeping my channel and will continue to be making videos but with one large change. I will be deleting almost all of my previous videos. It really breaks my heart to think about deleting my work but for the sake of quality and copyright, it needs to be done. I feel really awful about doing this so please don't be mad and if anything right now, I need your support more than ever. I hope you all understand and thanks for being there for me! Hey everyone! So this month I went to Matsuricon in Columbus Ohio! This was so amazing seeing all my friends and as a cherry on top, I got to meet a subscriber!!! Matsuri was so much fun that I already registered and booked a hotel room for next year! Hope you enjoy the vlog! :3

Thank you so much to everyone who came out to Pajama Jam this Matsuricon! Sadly I got this picture right at the end so it’s not everyone who came but it got most of us! Some footage of the meetup will be in my Matsuricon video so look for that coming soon! We played games, passed out Kandi, ate a lot of candy, and made some awesome new friends! TADAA! My mystery cosplay! This year for Matsuricon I competed in the closet cosplay competition as Lara Croft from the 2013 E3 release video game Tomb Raider. The quiver, the arrows, the bandages, the gun holster, and the necklace were all made by me. The shirt and pants were thrifted and heavily weathered by me and the gun is from Amazon and the bow is borrowed from a friend. I'm super in love with this cosplay and I can't wait to wear it to more cons. It feels good to look like a badass!

Today so far has been the best day ever. This morning I saw a girl who was really lost so I asked if she needed help. So I gave her directions and turns out she is a fan of my YouTube channel! Then after that I ran into Neverendingabove and SkyDrop and they gave me a party hat and a cupcake for my birthday! It's only 1:00 and this con is already a success!

Hey everyone! I'm sorry I've been MIA for so long. In case you didn't know, I recently moved to a new place and because of that haven't done anything with YouTube or Tumblr or whatever. I know vlog 4 of Colossalcon still isn't out and at this point it may not ever come out. It honestly was only a couple minutes long with maybe 1 windy inaudible video and a couple pictures. I'm really sorry guys but the fact that I am starting school next week and still aren't completely moved in yet, I just don't have time to edit and upload that right now. But enough of that boring/sad stuff, I'm at MATSURICON!!! I am here all 3 days and if you see me don't be afraid to say hi! :3I love this con and I will try my best to make awesome blogs of it! Well I have to go hop into my mystery cosplay which will be revealed on here later today! My hardest cosplay I’ve had to finish is probably my Yui Hongo cosplay. I say this pretty much just because of all the problems I ran into to get to the final product. Like the arm hanging down thingys, yes I know my stuff xD, those were first made triangular with frilly ruffled edges (which looked awful) and were changed to what they are now, just two paneled rectangles. Also the small beading took a long time and don’t even get me started on the sculpting of the headpiece xD. So yeah that was definitely a challenging one. :p

Another small hint towards my Matsuricon cosplay for the closet cosplay competition. These are the shoes that my character wears throughout the entire VIDEO GAME. The other parts are being WEATHERED and those hints will come soon! So keep on the look out for more hints and the big reveal at Matsuri!
