Ok a few things about these guys!

On the drive folder you'll see four files, two for the individual versions of the shimejis, one for the couple version and one for the troubleshooting guide! please check the guide out even if you don't run into any issues, there's some helpful tips about these guys in there too!

Unlike the old version these work on both windows 10 and 11, you still need java for them to run though! any version before java8 will Not work

Ineteractions between the couple shimeji can happen on their own, but if you want to know how to trigger them yourself that's on the guide dock along w instructions for messing with the settings

first of all, remember these Need java to work so make sure you have it installed!

Now. as you may know shimejis are a dying breed. so what works on my computer Might not work on yours, the version for windows 11 Doesn't work on windows 10 and vice versa so make sure you download the right one, as long as you remember this you should be good! but in case you're not don't worry!

Most shimejis work on a base of 46 images, so if you have any issues with my files what i recommend doing is:

Find a different shimeji that Does work on your computer, just google "download shimeji" and a million results will come up, all that matters is that you find one that runs and is made up of 46 images

Replace said shimeji's img folder with the one you want to use, here's a video of how to do that! it's as easy as copying and pasting

This guy has a specific code variation so he works better, so same way you did with img you need to go to the conf folder and find this file called actions, just copy and paste it like you did before (you can thecnically skip this step, the shimeji will run fine but a few animations will look a little wonky, this is not neccesary for it to work though)

Run the shimeji and watch your clown come to life! profit!!!

One last thing: window interactions are dictated by this file right here, you can change which apps this guy interacts with by erasing or adding names as shown, Some shimejis come with built in buttons to manage this but this is the manual way of doing it, please note that you should write the name of the program you want him to interact with Exactly as it is otherwise it Doesn't work. also ONLY delete and add stuff from this file do NOT touch any of the other files in the conf folder aside from what i've already said lest he explodes <3
