COOLMAG

The COOLMAG staff will be expected to be able to accomplish their weekly tasks. Applicants do not have to have all of the skills mentioned in the form. All staff may overlap and accepted applicants may do any task they want as long as it is approved. Instead of having assigned positions, there will be departments that will each work together at tasks as well. All departments will overlap giving everyone a chance to accomplish any type of task.

Writing Department Writers will be in charge of writing a variation of content for the magazine, whether it's full articles or short synopses. Writers are expected to be able to write at a certain reading level and have a solid grasp of the English language. 

Design Department Staff members that have a niche for designing will have the task to create and organize all spreads and covers and other graphics need for COOLMAG. Staff in the Design Department don't necessarily only create graphics with Photoshop. The Design Department can also create traditional art (i.e. photography, drawings, etc.) for a spread to accompany an article.

Communications Department Staff working in the Communication Department will be in charge of updating COOLMAG's social networking accounts. (i.e. Twitter, Facebook, etc.) Their task is to keep readers well informed about all things COOLMAG. They will think of new ideas and ways to keep readers interested and extremely involved.
