Okie doki! You wanna here what I THINK here.

It's been maybe a bit over a month since the whole controversy started.

I shall give a brief overview of what I've seen happen so far. If I'm missing anything of importance, please let me know, and I'll edit this post to add that information. Know that I'm only working with a couple documents and 2 Twitter threads, I could be missing something important here.

Firstly, The Allegations[1][2] came out. These documents contain allegations and information about the previous controversy/drama involving Rox, Qwel, and the Victims. This involved grooming and manipulation from Rox. This also involved Qwel acting immaturely, inappropriately, and causing many people un-needed stress.

Reminder that these are all from 2024-2025, so they may not be as accurate to Qwel's character nowadays.

In every testimony from the document, Qwel had acted either inappropriately, immaturely, or both. Either way, back in mid 2024 to late 2025, Qwel had been a horrible person.

After about a month of silence from Qwel, a Response[3] came out. It was of Qwel responding to the situation. This is an analysis of her response since it's fairly short.

First Paragraph: To explain the Silence. Para. 2-9: Addressing the original drama. Para. 10: Apologizing for the pain caused by people with authority. (she didn't say herself though) Para. 11-12: Saying the team hasn't stopped working. Para. 13: Addressing that not everything brought up is fact, and that "she's fighting for the truth" Final Paragraph: "trying" to own up to her own shortcomings (not stating them though)

It was said in the document it's self that Qwel is working with legal professionals, hence the silence, an explanation.

Important to note that a C&D was sent to the Victims, they are NOT being sued.

After the Response came out, another Document[4] came out, this one is primarily being critical of the original Allegations[2]. The Document in question mainly points out parts in Joji's argument and how it's weak. In response to that Document, someone made a ReponseDoc[5] to it.

The ReponseDoc it's self "debunks" the claims made in the Document. In reponse, the person who created the Document made a Counter Arguments to that doc. Unfortunately, as of current, the Counter Argument can not be accessed for unknown reasons to me as of current.

A while later, an Interview[6] was made with two of the Victims, that being Joji and Void. One of two, Void, had brought up how to find Qwel's information, as in, they had told the viewer in the Interview how to dox Qwel. This information comes from a Reddit Thread[6] that brings into question the actions of these two Victims, and how they are only causing harm by adding in this information.

Finally, two Twitter Threads had come out about the inner workings of BlushCrunch Studio. The First Thread[7] is from someone speaking about information on someone else's behalf for their own safety. The First Thread in question talks about how a lot of what's going on behind the scenes is not all done by Qwel, instead, done by other people she's hired. Note that a lot of what is being updated about the game is done months in advance, meaning that none of the updates are timed with this Controversy.

The Second Thread[8] Talks about the inner workings of BlushCrunch Studio's. It's overall positive about how the work environment is.

That is my overview of the situation. (Maybe it wasn't brief)

Now onto a more personalized take on this all.

Qwel's past actions are being brought up and into question, yes... Is that her NOW? No.

If we were to seriously think that Qwel hasn't changed even a tiny bit from the first situation, then we need to think a lot harder about this.

Firstly, timeline wise, if we site Qwel's Response, she said that she joined the internet when she was 14. If you don't know jack about 14 year olds, then know that teens are immature as HELL. They really don't give a damn about what they're saying. This is important to know, since when you're on the internet, it becomes an echo chamber of what you already like.

This is NOT an excuse for her actions, this simply explains why she's been so immature for an adult. She hadn't given herself time to grow and become a more reasonable and responsible person. While yes, pretty bad timing, note that from what I have pieced together, that Qwel's problematic behavior primarily came from Mid 2024 to Late 2025.

Is the possible growth of Qwel as a person possible within this timeframe? YES. Did it happen? We'll have to see.

How I view how Qwel handled this new Controversy is as follows.

The first Allegations come up. Radio Silence.

Qwel sends a C&D for a broken NDA, and made a Response to the Controversy

After she makes her Response, she quiets back down.

She's handling this how someone should in the situation. Not saying something in the heat of the moment, not saying a damn thing when any word will be analyzed by thousands of eyes. That's her being smart enough not to cause more problems than there already are. Whether it be from legal advice or not, she made the right move by not adding fuel to the fire. She made a short Response, and is trying to handle things with the Law, something more concrete, something with actual merit behind it. Lets be real folks, the internet only holds so much power.

Overall, Qwel handled this surprisingly well considering her track record with this whole ordeal. She's changed at least a tiny bit, enough to see that this should be handled privately, not in the public eye. That's more than the victims, who should've reached out. Even if it's hard, doing the hard thing first will make the road down easier in the first place.
