When I wake up I want to see a beautiful smile. Tangled in the mess of sheets, I want to see his eyes, his messy hair and hear his voice say “good morning love,” I want to make breakfast for him and take care of him when he’s sick. I want us to go on late night walks. Please hold my hand and kiss my neck so I know you’re there. I want his cuddles before I go to sleep. I want his arms closed tightly around me when we slow dance. I want to be told that I’m special to him and that I’m his everything. I want us to grow old together and share the most amazing adventures. Sometimes I’m gonna break down and cry; please understand that I’ve been through a lot. I promise I’ll hold you and kiss your hand and love you with all of me.
