Hongjoong was live on TokToq yet again two days ago, so here's a recap of all he talked about:

He confirmed he chose to use his free time to attend song camp with other artists and writers and the flight to LA was arranged pretty suddenly, so he just switched planes after their return from Japan.
His hope is to prepare some songs and things he can eventually show us.
Since he came so far, he didn't just want to rest and leave - he also wanted to get some work done, and more people than expected reached out to him, so "he's been doing various things here and there".
This time, he traveled with a manger and his older brother Bumjoong.
For him, this week is packed with sessions, song camp, and other stuff, including radio interviews.
He promised to show us Bumjoong at some point and confirmed all the members have separate schedules at the moment.
Since his skin was red and irritated from shaving earlier, he couldn't shave again before turning on the camera, so he kept his hand in from his mouth the entire time.
During their last album promotions, he was getting a lot of messages:
There were many people who said they were interested in Ateez, and also in me, but since there wasn't time, unless those artists came to Korea, it would've been difficult to work together, so at a time like this, I wanted to try this and that. That's why I came [to LA].
I looked at a lot of English on the flight, but now my Korean has turned stupid in just thirteen hours.
The house he chose to rent for himself, Bumjoong, and his manager has a really nice view so he can do those DJ sessions he talked about last time.
While struggling to sleep the last two nights, he looked at the LA night view and practiced with his new gear to gain confidence, "so later this week, I'm planning to try filming it".
His hope had been for his sudden appearance in LA to turn into a "ta-da!" moment, but he feels like it was more of a "huh??? hm? eh?" - he didn't intentionally keep it a secret though, it just sort of happened that way.
He doesn't think he'll have time to film a log for us, but Bumjoong is filming quite a bit and-
Actually, the LA log I filmed last time hasn't come out yet either - the one when I was with Balm and Seonghwa.
The reason that log hasn't come out yet is because "the main studio part hasn't been released yet in a way", but he believes the log should come out "after next month". ๐
Besides going live on TokToq more, he also wants to try filming some reels for us, so he asked for suggestions and said he'd also ask Bumjoong for help with filming.
After joking around with Atiny a bit more, he said he'd go out to eat with Bumjoong and his manager soon.
He'll do his best to take some pretty photos for us too~
