ofc I’d headcanon Venice for many parts of Prospit I love imagining Jade riding gondolas even though she could technically fly

Day 1 (in no particular order): Prospit or Derse?

              but things are worse now.                you mean’t to keep us safe.                           now everything’s just– it’s seperated. 

           I am working to reunite the two sides.            But I do not think things will ever be the way they were.

               i never understood the rebellion. we were                all happy under you. he shouldn’t have hurt you.               the rebellion just sounds like he wanted your throne but               couldn’t get it so he left.                                how can you just let it go? he tore everything apart. 

                                                           The rebellion was,                                                                     more or less,                                                                             my fault.                                       And not everyone was happy,                                                                                  John.                                             I wish I could say they were,                                             but not everyone liked how I          was so adamant to keep everyone safe in Prospit. They wanted freedoms that I wasn’t willing to give them.

     "This palace is awfully devoid of life for being the House of Refuge,” he           comments mostly to himself. But he knows that his host can hear him.

     Jack is a little surprised when the god he’d been tailing through Prospit speaks up, but he doesn’t act like he hadn’t just been blatantly following this guy around the city.           “Because half of them left,” he replies, crossing his arms over his chest.            “What brings you to Prospit?”

                          I think he regrets hurting me.                                           It was a close call.        Had Porrim not arrived when she did...                                 I might not still be here.        But I do not mind you asking about it. It is in the past and no longer bothers me.
