During Lucanis Week, one of the standouts to me was @uchidachi's baked goods entries. While they all looked fabulous, the one that intrigued me the most was the lemon tart on day one. Lemon is one of my top dessert flavors, and the recipe looked so easy, I knew I had to give it a try!
Verdict: everyone stop what they're doing and go make this now. It is perfect. Lemony, and creamy, and SO refreshing on a hot summer night.
It's much too hot to serve it with tea like Lucanis does for Rook, but it would be fantastic with it.
I can't wait to have another piece tonight.
