one heartbreak later and you’re sneaking out of your bedroom window after crying for hours. you spend the night walking and end up at ur local gas station. its quiet and bright with fluorescent lights. the cashier is there but is in their head somewhere else. you walk around the aisles as you contemplate all that’s happened as you decide on what to get, you end up getting a slushy and sitting outside on the curb watching the cars drive by you can hear music playing from a nearby car

ur with ur best friend wandering the forest at 2am, ur lost but not scared. you start a fire while you two sit around it. its getting late and thoughts are getting sloppier. you start confessing things, she confides in you about her sadness and losing the will to live. as the conversation gets deeper, things come out and you confess your feelings about each other.

the nostalgia you feel as you lay in ur room at 2am while everyone is asleep. its just you and the company of the stars. its late but ur wide awake with not an ounce of sleepiness. the universe is huge and there’s so much you don’t understand but its fine because ur home and its warm 

for the longest time you’ve had a crush, but theres not a chance of you being with them ever. you make eye contact on occasion with them and you can feel hope spread throughout your body, but as they look away the hope fades. its unrequited love

sitting in class at noon in your 4th period. ur spaced out with your headphones in while u daydream about ur crush or the celebrity or artist your currently in love with. ur mind makes up scenarios that fill your heart up with joy. imagining what kissing them would feel or how their hand would feel in yours. although it may never happen, this is enough to keep you happy

lying in bed after a long day, the moon is full as you stare out your window. ur half asleep, but your smiling and ur heart hasn’t been this happy in a long time. ur finally dating your crush, everything is working out for you, everything is okay
