I think you might want to try product design (User Experience/User Interface design)! It involves more creativity in problem solving than relying on artistic creativity if drawing isn’t your thing. You’ll need to have a good understanding of design principles and things like color theory, but you don’t need to be hands-on artistic. Everything could be done on the mouse and you’re using basic shapes/common patterns and components most of them time to create digital work :-D 

A lot of designers nowadays are coming in from all sorts of backgrounds and career switches, so don’t be afraid to take a user experience bootcamp and a UI course and make the jump! Your knowledge in business could also be very useful in designing products because designers always need to consider business needs in addition to user needs when making decisions. And if you find that you really like UX over UI or vice versa, you can also specialize in one of them.
