I yearn for that level of intimacy, that almost telepathic connection. That kind of bond where you don’t have to say anything, you just know. You don’t even have to question it. I know it exists, I know it’s real, but I have yet to experience it myself. Maybe it’s my nonchalant, aloof nature, maybe it’s my awkwardness, maybe it’s my many flaws….hell, maybe I’m just too distant. I crave a deeper connection beyond just the physical…something outer-worldly. Where our souls can find comfort within each other, and where we can escape into another realm. I wanna fall in love with the spirit, not the flesh. Everything in the physical eventually fades, but your spirit is everlasting, forever evolving.
