2015.1.19 . 歯が痛い、痛い… 虫歯ではないはず。 多分、寝不足続きの毎日のせい。 自分時間が欲しくて ついつい夜更かし。

カラダからの早く寝なさいよー！ のサインですね。

今夜は22:00にはお布団にINします。

Spicy Ramen Noodles (Vegetarian)

Makes two huge servings

3 cups water

1 cup Napa cabbage, shredded

1 cup baby spinach, shredded

½ cup Shiitake mushrooms, sliced

½ cup carrots, peeled and sliced

¼ cup red onions, thinly sliced

½ block ramen noodles

2 tbsp Dashi

2 tbsp Gochujang (hot pepper paste) 

1 tsp soy sauce

1 tsp mirin

salt and pepper to taste

Boil water, once it comes to a boil, add dashi

Mix Gochujang, soy sauce and mirin together and add to the pot, boil for two to three minutes then bring to medium heat
