Is there a word for that feeling where everything is calm and you can feel yourself simply existing and experiencing the little things in life when just yesterday you didn’t think you’d wake up in the morning

#like…I was so filled with anxiety and worry all day for 24+ hours #and here I am playing with Legos #all that worry #for nothing #nothing happened #the world didn’t explode #I didn’t randomly pass out #my body didn’t fail on me and stop working #I’m alive and building a Lego set after giving my dad a hug and kiss

Me, in the ER: no.

#she already knew I was in the ER #she moved away so was just asking about the town and things in general #I just think I’m the funniest person ever whenever I’m in distress #everything is okay maybe #the tests they ran showed nothing dangerous or life threatening or in need of an emergency #so I’m gonna try to get a follow up with my primary asap #just to make sure there isn’t anything less major going on #it was just pains and lightheadedness btw #chest pains*#strong contender for some sort of panic attack my psychiatrist and some nurses said #it’s a big relief to know I wasn’t having a heart attack or cancer or something #but I still don’t have an explicit answer so my brain is still worrying about it #I got some anxiety meds so hopefully that will help
