Introduction
🦋 I’m a woman who is over 18 years of age and from the USA who has struggled with her weight her entire life on both ends of the spectrum (flip-flopped between severely underweight to obese).
🦋 I work overnight shifts in healthcare. My waking hours are typically 8PM to 2PM.
🦋 No personal information (i.e. my name, my actual age, my location, etc.) will be shared here.
🦋 This blog will be dedicated to logging my daily intake to the best of my ability. I might not always be able to track calories in everything, depending on the circumstances, but I will certainly try my best.
🦋 I have been on a GLP-1 for a couple of months. They started me off on the daily pill, but because of how specifically it needs to be taken and the lower absorption rate, it wasn’t doing much for me. So they switched me to the weekly injection. I’m still being titrated back up to where I was before the switch.
🦋 I do have a history of disordered thoughts and behaviors when it comes to my relationship with food. I’ve been trying my best not to completely slip back into said behaviors and to complete this journey as healthily and sustainably as I can.
