Thank you 🥺🥺🥺 I see the dentist today. I honestly just want them to extract my tooth instead of dealing with another root canal thatll break. With my hEDS I basically need a partial plate already in my lower mouth with the gum detachment and its just gonna get worse. Just start taking em out now loool.

Im, ok. . . The struggle is real. I dont like who I was and in some ways still am. Abuse really fucked me up.

As I am learning and growing, I get put into positions were I dont respond the best. And I get really mad at myself for not responding better.

And then it takes a lot of self talk. How could I respond better. I dont know better. But I am learning now.

Hardest part about change is the learning. I am grateful but when its hard, emotionally its very difficult for me.

Well.. they need cardiology clearance to pull tooth but theyll do it. Hopefully i can get all that paperwork/scheduling done tomorrow. It sucks and i cried in defeat but i get the CYA part of it. Liability is a big thing.

Abuse is hard to recover from. It really is. Dont be so hard on yourself. Exactly, you are learning and growing. That is the important part (along with healing). Be proud of yourself for that! Youre a survivor. Youre strong. ❤️❤️❤️
