Bing and Yahoo are the other known ones, but the quality of searches will be lower than Google because despite Google being a tech company that does everything BUT searches, Google still refines their search engines to make it competitive.
Youtube is actually the second most popular search engine #2 while Bing is #3.
https://www.google.com/advanced_search - Google Advance search can help you take things out or add things in.
You can also learn advanced queries if you skip it.
For example: Use quotes to find exactly what you're looking for.
Another one is "or" which you can use to find something related to "a" or "b" or both.

Maybe you need find both a and b. Use "and"
