🫧 𝘼𝙨𝙝𝙡𝙚𝙮 (Inactive | Thesis)🫧

I'm not sure if this is official or not but she looked too neat (and too far removed from Iris's design tbh) to just be another forgotten prototype. So I decided to include her in Family Friend.

I'm not entirely sure how to go about her story in the au. I can't decide if she should be from Repliforce that acted as a high ranking commander or a Maverick Hunter second in command to Signas. Personality wise, I think she'll be more of what I think the writers were going for in X-Dive with Iris-another. Y'know, being both compassionate and warrior like? I'm not sure if it's changed but I'm pretty sure in-game Iris-another gives off that vibe where she's looking down on you for not being a good enough fighter.

Beyond that though I've settled on a name at least, Dahlia. I wanted to keep with the floral naming to match Iris and as a nod to her origin.

An additional idea I have is Dahlia having a crush on X at some point. (X is just a blondie magnet apparently, pretty much all of his love interests are blond even in canon) Of course when she finds out about Marty she is heartbroken but she accepts it with grace.

Alternatively, Dahlia could just be Zero's sparring partner and is a good friend to both boys though she's more Zero's friend than X's. Maybe she's the one to introduce Zero and Iris for the first time. I think that makes her seem kinda like an older sister to Iris which I do like. It's also kinda funny to see Dahlia arguing with Colonel as to how to best guide Iris. Almost like two older siblings fighting over who gets to be the cool older mentor.

It gets even funnier bc I want to have Iris eventually become a sharpshooter. It gets Dahlia looking like:
