After a mostly at-ease Gathering, the Clans of the forest have come to a standstill... ThunderClan plans to take action to return RiverClan to its rightful place within the forest, while ShadowClan and WindClan continue to debate the logistics of claiming territory so close to Highstones. While Dovestar is still adjusting to his position as leader, her reasonings come into question quite frequently. Is he someone to admire... or someone to fear? With new kittens born in each Clan and new apprentices being named, life flourishes despite the oddities around the territories... isn't that something to be thankful for?
A fresh summer storm from the night of the Gathering leaves the territories still damp, perhaps with another on the horizon... You know your place, don't you warrior? To sit and watch the skies turn, to continue the cycle.
ThunderClan brings vague news of bountiful herbs and prey, but it seems Timberstar is a bit antsy about RiverClan's continued absence... the forst-dwelling continues to struggle to find its footing within a life free of turmoil, but perhaps holds hope that they're getting somewhere after thirteen moons.
Rumor has it RiverClan has elected a Deputy after the death of Troutspots nearly two moons ago, though nobody's quite certain of who it is. Yet another Gathering goes by in which they do not attend.
WindClan's Medic, Eveningdancer, has had his apprentice Darnerpaw accepted by StarClan. Dovestar announces the death of Waxstar within the last moon, while his first Gathering as leader goes rather swimmingly in her opinion. Dovestar announces new apprentices Shrikepaw and Murkpaw and promises to bring WindClan to a bright, glory-filled future.
ShadowClan's Medic, Saturnsight, has had their apprentice Rainpaw accepted by StarClan. Ravenstar's report is curt in her assertion of plentiful resources, but she seems rather distrustful of WindClan's newest leader and his intentions with the territory closest to Highrocks itself...
In Out-of-Character news, RiverClan has selected a medic in Cometgrasp; this is an OOC event and has been retconned in in-universe. ThunderClan has an open Medic Apprentice position to apply for within the server, and we now have 10 new members of StaffClan! Melia and Lee from ThunderClan, Tig, Quincy, and Ela from RiverClan, Ripley and Coby from WindClan, and Nei, Rontu, and Rose from ShadowClan have all joined our team and have began their training as an apprentice of StaffClan! We eagerly look forward to what they'll bring to our team and we wish them the best during their apprenticeship!
