i wanted louis to be a rusted tuxedo cat bc i think it's fun to have both a tie to his former life and how tuxs only rust when in the sun. hes just a dapper guy to me :) claudia my little angel has to be a ragdoll tortie point bc i think its fun for her tortie coloration to be a reference to her maker. and her being a ragdoll and her being treated like a doll/plaything by both lestat and louis.... y'know. also her being stuck looking like a child too. lestat of course has to be a classic flame point orange guy. why? bc hes stupid like how orange cats are also insanely stupid. and fluffy. armand is an abysinnian i have no explanation beyond i wanted him to look cunty and also a little intimidating. and daniel is a silver abysinnian bc i once again just think having the ties to their makers is fun. and also because hes old af.
