If your job can be taken by a hypothetical unskilled, non-English-speaking illegal immigrant or outsourced worker, Iâm going to give you some bad advice.
Iâm going to give you the same bad advice you gave millennials: stop whining, youâre not entitled to anything and nobody owes you a job.
Iâm going to give you the same bad advice you gave minimum wage workers: stop being lazy. Get a skill. work harder and youâll move up.
Iâm going to give you the same bad advice you gave sexual assault victims: you should have made better choices and this wouldnât have happened to you.
And when you find that this advice is not helpful or even true, then instead of attacking your fellow worker, the one whoâs willing to work for less than a legal wage to feed his family, maybe you should go after the structures of power that allow and incentivize your employerâs choice to relocate your job.
This is amazing
If youâre not doing anything with your life right now that doesnât mean you never will. Maybe this phase in your life is necessary for reasons youâll eventually find out.
Its not up for debate.

I see my aunt with her boyfriend and thing, it's probably not healthy but I want that joy. I see my friend getting no ready to get married and think man do I want that. Yet I look at the way I have acted in previous relationships, and the way I view guys, and friendships and think I am SO not qualified to be that someone for someone else. So I want it but I fear if I went for it now I would settle or force a relationship where it doesn't fit naturally. I look at the guys I have been attacked to in the past and know I am not in the right mind set to find a healthy relationship.

Is LKH copy/pasting her sex scenes? Seriously. How many time do we have to read that Anita likes the sensation of a small cock in her mouth, or what does it for her, or that she's broken the girl code? I never even heard about this ridiculous girl code until I read this book series. I don't mind the sex scenes. I am not protesting the erotica mixed into my mystery or supernatural stories. It's specifically the repetition of Anita having to repeat herself every book as if she's afraid the reader is judging her. Nope, Anita, this is kinda hot but your anxiety is ruining the picture I'm painting in my head.
âwhy do you overanalyze text messagesâ to my credit i overanalyze everything, always, because i love feeling like iâm suffocating and everyone hates me, constantly, so at least thereâs⌠consistency
School taught me a lot of stuff, but mostly it taught me how to get ready in 15 minutes.
excuse me who the hell is adding proper capitalization and punctuation to my posts im having u taken to the police
What if instead of gilly weed Harry had showed up to the black lake challenge in muggle scuba gear like âlike whereâs your advanced magic now bitches? Got me a free fishing knife with this thingâ

Do Iâm telling my dad about this video and he says âWomen have asked for this. Women have been asked to be separatedâ I canât tell him he is wrong because he is a yeller. He wonât change his mind, and I canât break the relationship with him. So to all the dadâs out there who agree with mine- YOU ARE WRONG.
My example was haircuts. Menâs hair cuts- $20/$25?(average estimate) womenâs hair cuts-$45(average estimate). He says it use to not be this way, until women wanted more services, like perms etc. There was a Beauty salon or barber shop and that was it. To a point yes, you need training to to the stuff a lot of people want, or are told they need by the media. So salonâs who offered those services set reasonable prices to make up for the training of the individuals willing to get the skills. It began to be lucrative to offer those services, most places had to offer even if the quality was questionable. Making it the norm over numerous years that women and men have different pricing to spite what the customer is asking for.
Here is the problem. Not every women wants to get their hair dyed or this, or that. Some women like a certain style and just need an inch off every once in a while to maintain the not so awkward length needed to accent their face shapes, just like men. WOMEN didnât ask for it. Some individuals wanted it and are willing to pay for it. Men would be up in arms if every salon suddenly upped the price of menâs hair cuts by $10 because of the sudden man bun trend, or if there was a sudden spike in dreaded hair.
So yes. You are wrong if you think women deserve to be price gouged based on social/media trends.
Reblog this if you are literally suprised when people find you attractive.
