Basically I had this idea that the black parade Gerard was a direct past version of lltbp Gerard. And that during that time he had a child(want to sneak in a lil frerard or rayrard someone decide for me I like both…) with someone, and that child is the sickly boy we see songs like cancer and blood sings about. And that child dies due to something related to the draag regime

But after Gerard gets put into jail due to smt(idk yet) he goes through shock therapy and looses parts of his memory, and this is where we land in the lltbp timeline with older Gerard. And the gentleman is a puppet that was given to him. Due to the ptsd of loosing his child he sees the gentleman as like an actual boy.

And the rest of the band tries to like break Gerard out of this brain washing by the government and tries to make him remember his relationships either them. And like the way Gerard wanted to help Mikey after he got kneed is kind of like him remembering that Mikey is his brother…
